Did you know that our roadways in Green County have changed drastically since the 1930’s? Below is a link to the official Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Highway map for Green County in 1937. Due to our vast rivers and creeks, the old roadways took advantage of shallow crossings and terrain. Some signs of those old roadways still exist today.
Friends of Green River Lake 2018 Corn Maze
The Friends of Green River Lake recently unveiled the 2018 Corn Maze. This year’s maze is ‘Bobber’ the USACE mascot for water safety. This makes the second year that Pitman Green has assisted in the design and layout for this event.
